BOC Boot Camp

The BOC Boot Camp focuses on non-profit orgs being grant ready. What is grant readiness? It is often defined as an organization's ability to find, apply for, win, and manage grant applications successfully. But it is more than just writing the grant or spending the money. It is a combination of your organization's mission and infrastructure that indicates you are ready to receive and manage grant funding. Something as simple as having the right email address, number of board members, or accounting system (or lack of one) indicates whether your organization is grant ready. These are just a few of the things we will talk about.
